Sayaji Hotels surges on entering into hotel management agreement for property in Karnataka

Sayaji Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 280.80, up by 9.50 points or 3.50% from its previous closing of Rs. 271.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 292.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 292.80 and Rs. 280.80 respectively. So far 29 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs. 315.00 on 18-Jul-2025 and a 52-week low of Rs. 250.00 on 08-Dec-2025.

Sayaji Hotels has entered into a Hotel Management Agreement for providing operational and management services for a hotel property located at Bengaluru, Karnataka. The proposed hotel will comprise 59 key rooms and is planned to be developed as a 4-star category property, which will operate under the brand name ‘Enrise’ by Sayaji. This agreement aligns with the company’s strategic expansion plans in key markets across India and is expected to further strengthen its presence in the southern region.
