Lemon Tree Hotels moves up on signing new hotels in Madurai, Mcleodganj
Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 108.65, up by 0.70 points or 0.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 107.95 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 108.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 109.45 and Rs. 108.05 respectively. So far 375 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 180.60 on 08-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 99.70 on 16-Mar-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 115.60 and Rs. 106.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8552.30 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.32%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 33.80% and 43.89% respectively.
Lemon Tree Hotels has signed two License Agreements viz. Lemon Tree Premier, Madurai and Keys Select By Lemon Tree Hotels, Mcleodganj. Both the properties shall be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
Lemon Tree Premier, Madurai will feature 100 well-appointed rooms, restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, swimming pool, fitness center. This signing further strengthens the group's footprint in Tamil Nadu, expanding its presence across key commercial and leisure markets. With this addition, the group’s portfolio in Tamil Nadu expands to eight properties, comprising five operational hotels and three upcoming developments.
Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Mcleodganj will feature 45 well-appointed rooms, restaurant, meeting/conference room, swimming pool, fitness center. This signing marks another step in the group's growth strategy in Himachal Pradesh, further expanding its presence in key leisure destinations. With this signing, the group's portfolio in Himachal Pradesh will comprise 12 hotels, including four operational and eight upcoming properties.
