Commenting on the Q1 FY27 performance Mr. Kamal Poddar, Managing Director said:

Choice entered FY27 with clear operating momentum, led by a standout quarter for our consulting and advisory businesses and further progress in shaping the group for its next phase of growth. We also advanced our strategic priorities by expanding our integrated platform, increasing our market presence and strengthening partnerships that enhance our ability to capture opportunities across our core businesses

In this financial year, our consulting subsidiaries; Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited (CCSPL) and Ayoleeza Consultants Private Limited (ACPL) secured multiple government mandates aggregating approximately Rs. 191 Cr, spanning e-governance and digital transformation, railway infrastructure, project management consultancy, engineering supervision, financial advisory, technology consulting and citizen-centric public infrastructure initiatives across multiple states. These engagements meaningfully deepen our credibility in the public sector advisory space and reflect the growing scale of our order pipeline.

Choice AMC Private Limited also received SEBI approval to act as Investment Manager to Wealthwave Capital Trust, a Category II AIF sponsored by Choice International Limited. Further, Choice Institutional Equities hosted InsightX 2026, bringing together 100+ corporates and 150+ institutional investors and allocators, strengthening engagement across the investment ecosystem.

During Q2 FY27, Choice International's subsidiary, Choice Equity Broking, entered into a strategic partnership with NH Investment & Securities, one of South Korea's leading financial institutions, marked by a strategic investment of ?900 million to accelerate the subsidiary's long-term growth and expansion plans.

With a healthy order pipeline and a more focused Group structure, we enter the remainder of FY27 with a clear focus on building on the progress made this quarter and delivering steady value for our stakeholders.”
