RMC Switchgears moves up on securing LoAs from Paschim Gujarat VIJ Company

RMC Switchgears is currently trading at Rs. 333.40, up by 2.10 points or 0.63% from its previous closing of Rs. 331.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 338.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 338.10 and Rs. 325.35 respectively. So far 9679 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 897.00 on 21-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 245.00 on 07-Jul-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 338.10 and Rs. 247.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 352.11 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.97%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.18% and 44.85% respectively.

RMC Switchgears has received 12 Letters of Awards (LoAs) from Paschim Gujarat VIJ Company for turnkey contracts for site survey, designing, engineering, procurement, supply, loading, transportation, unloading, insurance, delivery at site, handling, storage, installation, testing, commissioning. 

The orders are valued at around Rs 333.80 crore. The orders are expected to be completed in 12-18 months after commencement period of 45 days for all contractual purposes. The receipt of these LoAs further strengthens the company’s order book and is expected to contribute positively to the company’s revenue and growth prospects.
