Religare Enterprises Becomes External Debt-Free Entity

Religare Enterprises Limited, one of India’s largest diversified financial services companies, today announced that the Company is now an external debt-free entity after successfully repaying the outstanding term loan and interest amounting to INR 163.75cr drawn from JM Financial Products Ltd and JM Financial Credit Solutions Ltd. The said credit was drawn in the year 2022. The Company has disclosed the same to The National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange under the Regulation 30 (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) of SEBI Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations).
