Redington rises on signing strategic partnership with Banyan Cloud

Redington is currently trading at Rs. 248.60, up by 3.10 points or 1.26% from its previous closing of Rs. 245.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 243.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 250.70 and Rs. 243.55 respectively. So far 96325 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 263.80 on 21-Feb-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 159.10 on 25-Oct-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 250.40 and Rs. 222.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 19407.55 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 78.49% and 21.51% stake in the company respectively.

Redington has signed a strategic partnership with Banyan Cloud, a US-based cybersecurity firm, to accelerate the adoption of secure cloud infrastructure in the country. 

Through this collaboration, Redington India would serve as a value-added distributor thereby bringing Banyan Cloud's suite of security solutions to organisations across key industries. The partnership aims to simplify cloud security and strengthen compliance by offering Banyan Cloud's integrated tools for unified visibility, threat protection and regulatory adherence. 

Redington is engaged in the business of distribution of information technology, mobility and other technology products besides supply chain solutions.
