RailTel Corporation rises on bagging work order from South Eastern Railway

RailTel Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 392.50, up by 1.40 points or 0.36% from its previous closing of Rs. 391.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 390.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 399.35 and Rs. 376.00 respectively. So far 152373 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 618.00 on 12-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 202.45 on 26-Oct-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 447.10 and Rs. 376.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12376.99 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.84%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.66% and 23.50% respectively.

RailTel Corporation of India has received the work order from South Eastern Railway for Provision of Electronic Interlocking system and Signaling arrangements (Both Indoor & Outdoor) at Bondamunda K, Bondamunda D & Bondamunda E & J Cabins. Broad consideration or size of order is Rs 36.78 crore (Including Tax). The said order is expected to be completed by October 16, 2025.
