Puravankara rises on launching new residential project in Bengaluru
Puravankara is currently trading at Rs. 211.05, up by 0.90 points or 0.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 210.15 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 211.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 213.95 and Rs. 208.65 respectively. So far 22082 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 269.15 on 30-Jan-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 59.35 on 28-Mar-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 221.25 and Rs. 193.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4967.10 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.89% and 8.11% respectively.
Puravankara has launched a project: ‘Purva Kensho Hills’ at Medahalli, Sarjapura, Bengaluru on March 23, 2024. The said project is registered with Karnataka RERA. It is residential plotted development for domestic market.
