PGIM India Mutual Fund has informed that Utsav Mehta has been appointed as the Vice President - Fund Manager of the AMC, with effect from October 23, 2023. Consequently, following details of Utsav Mehta shall be added under ‘Information on Key Personnel of the Asset Management Company’ under sub-section ‘D. ‘The Asset Management Company (AMC)’ under section ‘I. INFORMATION ABOUT SPONSOR, AMC AND TRUSTEE COMPANIES’, in the SAI of the PGIM India Mutual Fund.
The details of Utsav Mehta are as follows: Utsav Mehta (36 years) is BCom graduate and CFA. He joined PGIM India Asset Management as Vice President - Fund Manager - Equity from October 23, 2023. Mr Mehta has an over 13 years of experience in Equity market, research and fund management. He also worked at Edelweiss Asset Management as VP, Alternatives (September 2018 to October 2023), at Ambit Capital as Sector Analyst Institutional Equities (June 2014 to September 2018), at MF Advisors LLP as Analyst - Investments (January 2014 to May 2014) and Ambit Capital as Associate - Investment Research (November 2012 - December 2013).
This addendum forms an integral part of the SAI, as amended from time to time. All other terms & conditions of the SAI will remain unchanged.
