Nila Infrastructures touches roof on getting LoI worth Rs 10.92 crore

Nila Infrastructures is locked at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 13.33, up by 0.63 points or 4.96% from its previous closing of Rs. 12.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 13.33 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 13.33 and Rs. 13.33 respectively. So far 129651 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 13.33 on 07-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 4.23 on 29-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 13.33 and Rs. 10.89 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 525.05 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.90%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.94% and 37.16% respectively.

Nila Infrastructures has received Letter of Intent (LoI) from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation for construction and development of residential units by rehabilitating slums popularly known as ‘Gajrajgiri Ni Chali and Fulghar Ni Chali’ at Ahmedabad. The project envisages construction and development of 125 residential units for a total development cost of Rs 10.92 crore. The order is to be executed within 18 months.
