The markets are expected to open marginally lower today as trendsin GIFT NIFTY indicate a negative start for the broader index afterNIFTY closed 391 points higher at 24,774 on Monday.

The company reported July'26 sales of 19.6k units, up 30% YoY, led byM&HCV trucks at 9.8k units, up 47% YoY.

Force Motors

The company reported July’26 sales of 3.8k units, up 37% YoY, driven bydomestic volumes of 3.7k units, up 38% YoY.

HBL Engineering

The company received a Rs 31.5 crore order from Integral Coach Factory,Chennai, for supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of on-boardKAVACH Loco equipment (Ver.4.0), with execution targeted by Mar'28.

Inox Green Energy Services

The company received the NCLT order approving the Wind World resolutionplan, enabling acquisition of its ~4.5 GW wind turbine O&M business for upto Rs 550 crore, with completion targeted within 60 days.

Jupiter Wagons

The company entered a strategic partnership with Italy's Lucchini RS andSIMEST, which will acquire a combined 25% stake in Jupiter TatravagonkaRailwheel Factory for ~€28 million to develop an integrated railwheelmanufacturing platform in India.

The company entered into a Platinum Partnership with Innovaccer toimplement and scale its healthcare intelligence platform across NorthAmerica, UK, Europe, and Middle East markets.

Power Grid Corporation of India

The company acquired the SPV for the Krishnagiri REZ Phase-I transmissionproject under the TBCB route for ~Rs19.82 crore on a BOOT basis, involving theconstruction of two new 765/400 kV substations and associated 765 kV & 400kV transmission lines across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka.

Praj Industries

The company’s subsidiary Praj GenX secured a hyperscale data centersupply agreement worth ~Rs 500 crore, with execution over ~2.5 years.
