The markets are expected to open marginally lower today as trends in GIFT NIFTY indicate a negative start for the broader index after NIFTY closed 312 points higher at 24,031 on Monday.

 

Ashok Leyland

The company secured 715-vehicle order from VRL Logistics including AVTR 3120 haulage trucks, BOSS 1615 trucks and Oyster staff buses, with 300 delivered.

Brigade Enterprises

The company signed an agreement for a 5.6-acre residential project in Hyderabad with estimated revenue potential of Rs 850 crore.

Cyient

The company's subsidiary Cyient Semiconductors raised ~$30 million from Edelweiss comprising $10 million equity at ~$500 million valuation and ~$20 million structured debt, to fund R&D, testing infrastructure and working capital.

IRFC

The company signed ?13,527 crore term loan agreement with L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad to refinance Hyderabad Metro debt following 100% ownership transfer from Larsen & Toubro to Telangana Government through Hyderabad Metro Rail.

JSW Steel

The company signed MoU with Bharatia and Carbon Iceland International to explore 300 KTPA green methanol project in Raigad, Maharashtra.

Jupiter Wagons

The company's subsidiary JEM Energy signed BESS MoUs with Chalukya Power and Pickrenew Energy adding 110 MWh orders, taking the current battery and BESS orderbook above Rs 150 crore and targeting Rs 200 crore for FY27.

Kalpataru

The company signed cluster redevelopment project in Mumbai’s Kandivali East spanning 2.8 acres with 0.37 million sq ft saleable carpet area and Rs 1,250 crore GDV potential.

LTMindtree

The company partnered with UK-based SSP Group to provide AI-led IT infrastructure modernization and application maintenance services using BlueVerse ecosystem.

ONGC

The company appointed BP Exploration Services India as technical services provider for Western Offshore fields targeting 10.8% oil, 31.5% gas and 24.1% O+OEG production increase over 10 years.

Park Medi World

The company will acquire 100% stake in The Medicity Hospital, Rudrapur for ~Rs 177 crore, adding 330 beds and entering Uttarakhand.

Puravankara

The company secured 14.57-acre land parcel in Bengaluru comprising JDA and outright purchase with estimated GDV of Rs 2,300 crore and 1.8 million sq ft saleable area.
