The markets are expected to open marginally higher today as trends in GIFT NIFTY indicate a positive start for the broader index after NIFTY closed 80 points lower at 23,865 on Tuesday.

 

 

Ceigall India

The company emerged as the L1 bidder for a Rs 330.84 crore PWD Delhi road project, and its wholly owned subsidiary signed a PPA with Rewa Ultra Mega Solar for a Rs1,700 crore 220 MW Solar-BESS project at Morena.

Godrej Properties

The company acquired a ~47-acre land parcel in Chennai with ~1.2 million square feet of developable potential and an estimated revenue potential of ~Rs 500 crore.

JSW Steel

The company completed a 50:50 joint venture with JFE Steel after JFE acquired an additional 25% stake in JSW JFE Kalinga for Rs 7,875 crore.

Kalpataru Projects International

The company, along with its international subsidiaries, secured new orders worth ~Rs 2,957 crore across power transmission and distribution, buildings and factories, and water businesses in India, overseas, and the Middle East.

Kirloskar Pneumatic

The company launched India's first indigenously designed centrifugal air compressor in the 600-980 CFM range, delivering Class 0 oil-free air with up to 45% flow turndown.

Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts

The company's promoters created a pledge on a 55.91% stake to secure a $500 million term loan facility, while retaining a 75.91% shareholding.

NTPC

The company commissioned the final 41.6 MW of its 176 MW Ramagundam Solar PV project in Telangana, taking the project's operational capacity to 176 MW and the group's installed capacity to 90,899 MW.

Suzlon Energy

The company secured a 105 MW order from Sunsure Energy for 21 S175 5 MW wind turbines in Karnataka, taking cumulative orders from the customer to 400.8 MW.

Tata Communications

The company acquired significant fibre capacity on the Mumbai-Singapore subsea cable system and joined the Chennai-Singapore subsea cable consortium, with the latter expected to be operational in Q4 2029.

Waaree Energies

The company's wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas, received an international order to supply 236.22 MW solar modules in Q1 and Q2FY28.
