Quant MF announces change in risk band of investment strategies

Quant Mutual Fund has announced notice-cum-addendum to the Investment Strategy Information Document (ISID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Investment Strategies of qsif (offered by Quant Mutual Fund) (qsif). Notice is herein given that, pursuant to SEBI Master Circular for Mutual Funds dated March 20, 2026, risk-bands have been revised under the following investment strategies: qsif Equity Ex-Top 100 Long-Short Fund, qsif Active Asset Allocator Long-Short Fund and qsif Sector Rotation Long-Short Fund.

Risk-band of qsif Equity Ex-Top 100 Long-Short Fund has been revised from risk level 4 to risk level 3. Risk-band of qsif Active Asset Allocator Long-Short Fund has been revised from risk level 3 to risk level 2. Risk-band of qsif Sector Rotation Long-Short Fund has been revised from risk level 3 to risk level 2.

The above Risk-band is based on evaluation of risk level of the respective Investment Strategy's monthly portfolio as on July 31, 2026. All other details and terms & conditions of the ISID and KIM of the investment strategies will remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the ISID and KIM issued for the aforementioned investment strategies read with the addenda issued therein.
