ITC Hotels
The company signed definitive agreements to acquire 100% stake in Zuri
Hotels & Resorts owning 72-key The Zuri Kumarakom resort in Kerala for
?205 crore.

John Cockerill India
The company received Rs440 crore - Rs470 crore contract from JSW Steel
Coated Products for pickling line, cold rolling mill and galvanising line, to be
executed by June 2028.

Pace Digitek
The company received Rs 709.92 crore contract from NLC India Renewables
for 250MW/500MWh BESS projects in Tamil Nadu, with 12-year O&M.

RBL Bank
The company received approvals for Emirates NBD’s proposed Rs 26,850
crore investment at Rs 280 per share, with expected 51%-74% shareholding.

Tata Motors
The company acquired ~18% stake in Freight Tiger for ~Rs 95.66 crore,
increasing holding to up to 63.6% and making it a subsidiary.

Texmaco Rail & Engineering
The company received Rs 191.99 crore South Central Railway order for
signalling and telecommunication works under automatic block signalling
system, executable within 480 days.

Uno Minda
The company approved Rs 550 crore second EV powertrain plant in
Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, for Electric Drive Units and DHT
systems after Pune facility, commissioning by Q2 FY28.

WPIL
The company’s South African subsidiary secured Rs 1,172 crore water works
order as consortium partner for Lower Umkhomazi Bulk Water Supply
Scheme Phase 2, with 36-month execution period.
