New Delhi, Nov 16, 2025: (ANI): On winning the ‘Sportsman of the Year’ award at Delhi Sports Journalists Association’s Annual Awards, Indian weightlifter Saikhom Mirabai Canu said, “I've been competing in the 48-49 category for a long time. I'm still competing in 48. Then there's a new category coming up in 49, and it's starting at 53 in the Olympics. I'm confident I'll be participating in the 2028 Olympics.”
