Baroda BNP Paribas AMC announces Resignation of Independent Director
Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund
Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund has informed that Aparna Sharma (DIN: 07132341), Independent Director on the Board of Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management India (AMC) has tendered her resignation from the Board of AMC and accordingly, ceases to be a Director of the AMC from close of business hours of Friday, July 10, 2026.
Accordingly, all references to Aparna Sharma in the SAI stands deleted. This Notice cum-addendum-forms an integral part of the SAI read with the addenda issued thereunder. All other terms and conditions as mentioned in the SAI remain unchanged.
