FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per July 14 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 11554.15 crore against gross selling of Rs 14075.25 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 2521.10 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 775.50 crore with gross sales of Rs 1252.11 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 476.61 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 146.78 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 343.74 crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 279.65 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 25.71 crore against gross selling of Rs 12.94 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 12.77 crore in hybrid segment.
