Mahindra Lifespace Developers is currently trading at Rs. 610.30, up by 6.00 points or 0.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 604.30 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 603.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 614.10 and Rs. 601.75 respectively. So far 12612 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 632.80 on 05-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 316.10 on 28-Mar-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 621.00 and Rs. 593.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9370.17 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.18%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 31.73% and 17.09% respectively.
Mahindra Lifespace Developers (Mahindra Lifespaces) has launched its second plotted development project for the current fiscal year (FY24). The company has bolstered its plotted development offering with the introduction of 'Green Estates by Mahindra,' a 27-acre project at Mahindra World City (MWC) in Chennai. This project caters to various customer needs with plots ranging from 750 sq. ft. to 2400 sq. ft. 'Green Estates by Mahindra' is designed to offer an ideal, customised living experience, featuring lush green open spaces and access to excellent infrastructure and facilities.
The project is situated against the scenic backdrop of the Paranur Hills and enveloped by three lakes - Kolavai, Paranur and Senganeri Lakes.
