Lodha Developers soars on raising Rs 350 crore through NCDs

Lodha Developers is currently trading at Rs. 1201.85, up by 14.45 points or 1.22% from its previous closing of Rs. 1187.40 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1193.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1211.35 and Rs. 1182.25 respectively. So far 20289 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1534.25 on 09-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1036.00 on 17-Mar-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1234.95 and Rs. 1159.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 119769.49 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.90%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 27.09% and 1.01% respectively.
Lodha Developers has raised Rs 350 crore through the allotment of 35,000 rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable, taxable, transferable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of Rs 1,00,000 each on private placement basis. The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has on September 16, 2025, approved allotment of the same.
