LKP Securities gains on planning to acquire stake in LKP IFSC

LKP Securities has planned to acquire 5,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at par aggregating to Rs 50 lakh by way of subscribing to the rights issue of LKP IFSC, the wholly owned subsidiary of the company. LKP IFSC proposes to engage in the business of broking as well Alternative Investment Fund at the gift city. The said acquisition is expected to be completed on or before October 11, 2024.
