Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading is currently trading at Rs. 52.70, up by 0.20 points or 0.38% from its previous closing of Rs. 52.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 52.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 52.70 and Rs. 52.50 respectively. So far 4000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 74.70 on 09-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 52.00 on 28-Jan-2025.

Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading has approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in India, Leo Catering Services. The new entity is set to focus on food catering services. Its offerings will include a range of catering options from packaged and loose vegetarian food services to specialized ice cream catering at various events such as programs, conventions, seminars, cultural and educational functions, and more.

Leo Catering Services will manage the purchase, preservation, and sale of mineral and aerated waters, as well as other non-alcoholic beverages, all curated to complement its offerings. In addition, it will cater to the needs of packaged and non-packaged vegetarian food items, including confectionery, baked goods, sauces, and other related products that complement a vegetarian diet. The subsidiary is also expected to establish and operate various food service outlets, such as cafes, restaurants, ice cream stores, kiosks, quick service restaurants, and bakeries across India and internationally.

This move will allow Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading to achieve diversification in its existing trading operations. By venturing into the catering business, the company can create a more integrated supply chain - from sourcing premium ingredients to delivering them as part of a complete food service experience.

Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading is engaged in manufacturing/processing, trading and marketing of wide range of spices, dry fruits and other grocery products under the brand name ‘VANDU’ and frozen/semi fried products under the brand name of ‘FRYD’.
