Lenskart Solutions gains as its JV incorporates step-down subsidiary

Lenskart Solutions is currently trading at Rs. 629.95, up by 2.55 points or 0.41% from its previous closing of Rs. 627.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 632.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 633.85 and Rs. 622.90 respectively. So far 57660 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 638.00 on 18-Aug-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 355.70 on 10-Nov-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 638.00 and Rs. 592.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 108880.57 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 17.53%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 36.33% and 46.14% respectively.

Lenskart Solutions’ joint venture (JV)-- Baofeng Framekart Technology (BFT) has incorporated step-down subsidiary of the company under the name ‘Wenzhou Framekart Trade Co.’ on August 14, 2026. The company has received the Certificate of Incorporation in respect thereof on August 17, 2026.

The entity will undertake the business of trading, import, export and procurement of spectacle frames and allied optical products, as well as related materials, equipment and technology, as may be required for the business of BFT and its subsidiaries from time to time. Upon incorporation, 95 per cent of the equity interest in Wenzhou Framekart Trade Co is held by BFT.
