Lemon Tree Hotels soars on signing two new properties in Gujarat, Uttarakhand
Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 159.35, up by 4.95 points or 3.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 154.40 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 155.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 159.85 and Rs. 155.40 respectively. So far 407733 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 180.60 on 08-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 110.55 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 159.85 and Rs. 147.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12406.58 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.28%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.16% and 36.56% respectively.
Lemon Tree Hotels has signed two new properties - Lemon Tree Hotel, Surat Airport and Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Haridwar. Lemon Tree Hotel, Surat Airport, shall be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, while Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Haridwar, will be franchised under the company. The two properties will further strengthen the company’s presence in Gujarat and Uttarakhand while catering to both business and leisure travellers with a fresh, vibrant, and value-driven experience.
Lemon Tree Hotel, Surat Airport, will feature 110 well-appointed rooms. These will be complemented by a restaurant, a banquet and a meeting facility well as recreation facilities including a swimming pool, a spa and other public areas. The Surat International Airport is around 1.6 km from the property, with a travel time of about 5 minutes, while Surat Railway Station is around 16 kms away, with a travel time of about 30 minutes.
On the other hand, Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Haridwar, will feature 60 well-appointed rooms. Additionally, the hotel will also have a restaurant, a conference hall as well as recreational facilities including a fitness centre, spa, swimming pool and other public areas. The Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun, is around 49 km from the hotel, while Haridwar Railway Station is around 12 kms away. These properties are well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.
