Lemon Tree Hotels rises on launching ninth property in Rajasthan

Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 146.45, up by 1.75 points or 1.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 144.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 145.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 146.50 and Rs. 144.20 respectively. So far 102585 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 158.05 on 06-May-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 89.95 on 10-Jul-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 147.65 and Rs. 141.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11467.77 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.88%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 42.44% and 34.68% respectively. 

Lemon Tree Hotels has launched new property in Urban Square, Udaipur. This is the ninth property of the group in the picturesque state of Rajasthan. It is also the third offering of the brand in the City of Lakes after the upscale Aurika, Udaipur and the mid-scale, Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Udaipur. The property is being operated under the franchise division of Lemon Tree Hotels.

This efficient and affordable hotel located next to the Urban Square Mall has 68 well-appointed rooms and offers impeccably clean interiors and a stress-free environment. Of the 68 rooms, 34 opened today as part of phase I of the launch, and the remaining 34 will open shortly thereafter, as part of phase II.
