Le Lavoir surges on signing MoU to acquire Travel Wings, Travelwings Hospitalities, Unigokuldham Hospitality
Le Lavoir is currently trading at Rs. 211.25, up by 6.25 points or 3.05% from its previous closing of Rs. 205.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 214.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 214.00 and Rs. 194.75 respectively. So far 5805 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 374.60 on 24-Apr-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 142.10 on 05-Jan-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 214.00 and Rs. 194.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 65.93 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 3.76%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.02% and 95.22% respectively.
Le Lavoir has entered a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Travel Wings (‘Proprietorship Firm’), Travelwings Hospitalities, Unigokuldham Hospitality -- Target Entities for proposed acquisition of 100% equity shares of the respective entities. Travel Wings (Proprietorship Firm) shall engage in domestic and international tours, business tours, and conferences that will enable Le Lavoir to develop its retail laundry business across India.
Meanwhile, Travelwings Hospitalities shall engage in leasing and operating three-star hotels and resorts, enabling Le Lavoir to support and strengthen the development of its laundry business, while Unigokuldham Hospitality shall engage in leasing and operating two-star hotels and resorts, which will also help Le Lavoir significantly support and strengthen the development of its laundry business.
The acquisition is as part of its expansion into the Retail laundry Business. This collaboration opens up new market opportunities, allows it to leverage the Target Entities’ proven expertise, and enables the creation of synergies that will drive growth and long-term value.
