Lemon Tree Hotels inches up on signing news hotel in Assam
Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 115.40, up by 0.45 points or 0.39% from its previous closing of Rs. 114.95 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 115.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 115.55 and Rs. 114.90 respectively. So far 29559 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 180.60 on 08-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 99.70 on 16-Mar-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 119.05 and Rs. 114.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9102.91 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.32%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 33.80% and 43.89% respectively.
Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a License Agreement viz. Lemon Tree Hotel, Jorhat in Assam. The property shall be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. This signing marks the group’s entry into Jorhat, Assam’s cultural capital, and expands its footprint in the state to seven properties which includes one operational hotel and six under development.
This hotel will feature 70 well-appointed rooms along with a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, swimming pool, spa and fitness center.
