Lancor Holdings surges on signing JDA to construct 20 residential apartments in Chennai

The scrip opened at Rs. 30.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 30.80 and Rs. 27.62 respectively. So far 13853 shares were traded on the counter.

Lancor Holdings has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for construction of 20 luxurious residential apartments on 1st Seaward Road, Valmiki Nagar, Chennai, of which company’s share will be 10 apartments. The process for approvals and construction will start very soon. The project has been named as ‘Lancor Kamalam’.
