L&T Finance Holdings moves up on raising Rs 205 crore through NCDS
L&T Finance Holdings is currently trading at Rs. 168.45, up by 0.85 points or 0.51% from its previous closing of Rs. 167.60 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 168.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 169.85 and Rs. 165.45 respectively. So far 153622 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 174.85 on 05-Jan-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 78.97 on 28-Mar-2023.

L&T Finance Holdings has raised Rs 205 crore through allotment of 20,500 Listed, Secured, Rated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, through private placement basis, to the identified investors on January 29, 2024. The maturity of the said NCDs will be on March 23, 2029.
