Atishay is currently trading at upper limit of Rs. 188.05, up by 8.95 points or 5.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 179.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 183.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 183.95 and Rs. 181.70 respectively. So far 973 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 249.90 on 13-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 63.00 on 26-Mar-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 192.30 and Rs. 160.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 199.53 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.99%, while Non-Institutions held 25.01% stake in the company.

Atishay has secured a new work order from the Directorate of Cooperation, Himachal Pradesh for providing Cloud Hosting Services under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme for the Computerisation of the RCS office in Himachal Pradesh. The contract is valued at Rs 29.60 lakh (inclusive of all taxes) and entails a service period of three years post go-live of all modules.

This initiative is a significant step towards the Government of India’s digital transformation agenda under the Ministry of Cooperation, aimed at modernizing RCS operations across the country. As part of the ‘Strengthening of Cooperatives through IT Interventions’ project, its cloud solutions will enhance accessibility, scalability, and security while digitizing key processes within RCS offices through an integrated digital portal.
