KSB gains on inking pact to invest upto Rs 2.3 crore in Sunsure Solarpark Fifteen
KSB is currently trading at Rs. 3461.10, up by 17.05 points or 0.50% from its previous closing of Rs. 3444.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 3373.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3489.00 and Rs. 3373.05 respectively. So far 447 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3549.00 on 04-Dec-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1706.20 on 30-Jan-2023.

KSB has entered into Power Purchase Agreement and Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement to invest in equity shares amounting upto to Rs 2.3 crore, in Sunsure Solarpark Fifteen. This investment is intended for the purpose of solar power captive consumption, as per the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003. The completion of acquisition i.e. subscription of shares will be completed in tranches as mutually agreed by the parties tentatively within 6 months from execution of agreement.
