UGRO Capital soars on raising Rs 249.60 crore through NCDs
UGRO Capital is currently trading at Rs. 265.45, up by 6.20 points or 2.39% from its previous closing of Rs. 259.25 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 260.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 265.80 and Rs. 260.05 respectively. So far 7526 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 319.85 on 22-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 136.00 on 23-Dec-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 270.20 and Rs. 242.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2447.45 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 2.24%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 25.02% and 72.74% respectively.
UGRO Capital has raised Rs 249.60 crore through allotment of 24,960 Senior, Secured, Unlisted, Redeemable, Transferable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) denominated in Indian Rupees, each having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 at par, through private placement. Date of maturity of the said NCDs will be on December 12, 2027.
