Keystone Realtors moves higher on bagging LoA for redevelopment of GTB Nagar in Sion

Keystone Realtors is currently trading at Rs 638.00, up by 23.55 points or 3.83% from its previous closing of Rs 614.45 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 612.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs 666.00 and Rs 602.05 respectively. So far 12671 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 799.95 on 11-Nov-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 484.00 on 09-May-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 666.00 and Rs 559.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 8115.68 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 78.35%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.29% and 2.37% respectively.
Keystone Realtors (Rustomjee Group) has received the letter of acceptance (LoA) for the redevelopment of GTB Nagar in Sion, one of Mumbai’s most impactful urban transformation projects, being undertaken in collaboration with MHADA (Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority). Spread across a plot area of around 11.19 acres (45,308 square meters), this large-scale redevelopment will benefit over 1,400 families, and is expected to unlock a saleable area of around 20.7 lakh square feet, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around Rs 4,521 crore.
