HBL Engineering soars on receiving LoA worth Rs 800.36 crore

HBL Engineering is currently trading at Rs. 805.60, up by 27.05 points or 3.47% from its previous closing of Rs. 779.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 785.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 817.25 and Rs. 785.05  respectively. So far 120248 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1121.95 on 10-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 404.30 on 03-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 817.25 and Rs. 753.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 22380.72 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 59.11%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.69% and 34.20% respectively.

HBL Engineering has received Letter of Acceptance (LoA) worth Rs 800.36 crore (Inclusive of 18% GST) from Banaras Locomotive Works, Varanasi, for the supply, testing and commissioning of on-board KAVACH equipment (Ver. 4.0). The contract is to be completed within 12 months.
