Keystone Realtors gains on securing new re-development project in Malad
Keystone Realtors is currently trading at Rs.705.90, up by 5.45 points or 0.78% from its previous closing of Rs. 700.45 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 711.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 725.15 and Rs. 703.95 respectively. So far 1122 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 734.90 on 15-Jan-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 416.45 on 28-Apr-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 734.90 and Rs. 671.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8094.81 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 86.70%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.63% and 2.67% respectively.
Keystone Realtors (Rustomjee Group) has been selected as the developer of choice to redevelop the plot and premises of Veena Nagar Co-operative Housing Society & NeelKamal Ghruh Cooperative Housing Society on a combined land admeasuring around 12,120 square meters in Malad (W), Mumbai, Maharashtra.
In addition to rehousing 342 existing members of both the societies, this redevelopment will lead to sale potential of around 3,42,000 sq. ft. of RERA carpet area with the expected Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs 1200 crore. This development is in line with Rustomjee strategy to build diversified portfolio across ticket sizes and will further strengthen Rustomjee presence into the growing western suburbs of Mumbai. The project is expected to be launched in next calendar year.
With these additions, Rustomjee has already added 8 new projects in current financial year with the total GDV of around Rs 7000 crore.
