Keystone Realtors gains on logging 75% growth in pre-sales in Q1FY26

Keystone Realtors is currently trading at Rs. 652.40, up by 10.05 points or 1.56% from its previous closing of Rs. 642.35 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 657.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 670.00 and Rs. 642.35 respectively. So far 6607 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 799.95 on 11-Nov-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 484.00 on 09-May-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 688.00 and Rs. 587.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8222.18 crore.

Keystone Realtors has achieved 74.80% growth in pre-sales to Rs 1068 crore in Q1FY26 as compared to Rs 611 crore in Q1FY25. In Q4FY25, pre-sales stood at Rs 854 crore. Its collection stood at Rs 575 crore in Q1FY26 as compared to Rs 485 crore in Q1FY25, showing a growth of 18.56% Year-on-Year basis.
The company has added 3 Projects in Q1FY26 having saleable Area of 3.25 mn sq ft and estimated GDV of Rs 7727 crore (GTB Nagar at Sion, Lokhandwala Cluster at Andheri West, Swarganga CHSL at Dindoshi Nagar Cluster, Goregaon East). All 3 are redevelopment projects. These strategic additions align with its goal to maintain and strengthen its leadership in the redevelopment space. Remarkably, the company has surpassed its FY26 full-year guidance in the very first quarter.
