Kalpataru Projects International rises on acquiring 100% equity stake of KP DMCC

Kalpataru Projects International is currently trading at Rs. 848.90, up by 8.15 points or 0.97% from its previous closing of Rs. 840.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 835.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 856.00 and Rs. 821.90 respectively. So far 4749 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1449.15 on 06-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 821.90 on 04-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 912.05 and Rs. 821.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 14566.90 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 33.52%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 58.26% and 8.23% respectively.

Kalpataru Projects International has completed the purchase of 1,000 equity shares viz. 100% equity stake of Kalpataru Power DMCC (KP DMCC), erstwhile step-down wholly owned subsidiary from Kalpataru Power Transmission (Mauritius), wholly owned subsidiary of the company. Consequent thereto, KP DMCC has become a direct wholly owned subsidiary of the company with effect from March 03, 2025. There has been no change in the effective percentage shareholding held by the company in KP DMCC.
