Justo Realfintech has launched its Sourcing Mandates vertical, secured its first assignment from Paranjape Schemes. The mandate covers inventory valued at around above Rs 300 crore across The Promenade Residences, a residential development, and Altius, a commercial development, at Blue Ridge, Hinjawadi, Pune.
Under the new sourcing model, the company will lead channel strategy, partner activation, demand generation and qualified customer sourcing, while the developer’s internal team will manage customer engagement and closures. The model enables developers to access the company’s market intelligence and network of over 6,000 channel partners without outsourcing the complete sales lifecycle.
The inaugural sourcing mandate comprises inventory at The Promenade Residences and Altius, located within Paranjape Schemes’ integrated Blue Ridge township in Hinjawadi. The development benefits from its proximity to Pune’s established IT and employment ecosystem. Led by a dedicated team, the Sourcing Mandates vertical will initially focus on Pune and subsequently expand across the MMR and other strategic real estate markets. It will complement the company’s existing residential and commercial mandates, financial advisory, capital markets and allied services.
