JM Financial AMC informs about swing pricing
JM Financial Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of the Schemes of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that in accordance with para no 4.10 of SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/ IMD/IMD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/74 dated May 19, 2023 (referred as ‘SEBI Master Circular’), the AMC has decided to add the provisions with respect to Swing Pricing Framework for open-ended debt mutual fund schemes (except overnight funds, Gilt funds and Gilt with 10-year maturity funds) in the SAI of the Mutual Fund with immediate effect.
All other features and terms & conditions of the Eligible Schemes of JM Financial Mutual Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of Mutual Fund.
