JM Financial AMC informs about activation of ISC KFin branch
JM Financial Asset Management Company has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Document (SID) & Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that the following Investor Service Centre (ISC) managed by KFin Technologies will act as Official Point of Acceptance (OPA) for the Schemes of the Mutual Fund with effect from February 01, 2025: KFin Technologies, Season Business Centre, 104, 1st Floor, Shivaji Chowk, Opposite KDMC (Kalyan Dombivali Mahanagar Corporation) Office, Kalyan - 421301.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID, KIM & SAI of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SID, KIM & SAI of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged.
