JM Financial Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Document (SID) & Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that Official Point of Acceptance (PoA) of the Schemes of JM MF managed by KFin Technologies (Registrar to the Schemes of the Mutual Fund) will be functioning from the new address with effect from October 16, 2023: Address: KFin Technologies, Sri Ram Market, Kali Asthan Chowk, Matihani Road, Begusarai, Bihar – 851101. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID, KIM & SAI of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SID, KIM & SAI of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged.
