ITI AMC announces change in address of ISC
ITI Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of ITI Mutual Fund.
ITI Mutual Fund had informed that Branch/Investor Service Centre(‘ISC) of KFin Technologies at ‘Meena Bazar,2nd Floor 10 S.P. Marg Civil Lines, Subhash Chauraha, Prayagraj, Allahabad 211001’, has been shifted to ‘Shop No. TF-9, 3rd Floor Vinayak Vrindavan Tower Built Over H.NO.34/26 Tashkent Marg, Civil Station, Allahabad (now Prayagraj), Uttar Pradesh, PIN: 211001’, with effective from November 04, 2024.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID/KIM and SAI. Further, all the other terms and conditions of the aforesaid documents read with the addenda issued from time to time will remain unchanged.
