ITC Corporate Chef lauds Bharat Int`l Rice Conference as platform to exhibit Indi`’s Rice diversity
 
                             ITC Corporate Chef Manisha Bhasin lauded Bharat International Rice Conference as platform to exhibit India’s rich Rice diversity. 
She talked about how indigenous varieties of India are being loved by the people at her culinary experience theatre curated by the chefs of ITC Hotels. She said that some varieties are grown in remote parts of North East India and are non-basmati in nature.
