‘Expanding trade agreement discussed’, Piyush Goyal praises India’s growing ties with Brazil
India’s commerce Minister Piyush Goyal said, “With Brazil, today, we have also discussed expanding our preferential trade agreement from its current level so that we can in the future, penetrate the South American market in a bigger way. We had very good dialogue and discussions with the Vice President of Brazil. Their defence minister is also here, along with the chief of their defence forces. The health minister is joining later in the day, clearly demonstrating an increasing interest in India's growth story.”
