Inox Green gains on signing agreements for O&M of 189.1 MWp of solar projects
Inox Green Energy Services is currently trading at Rs 153.65, up by 2.45 points or 1.62% from its previous closing of Rs 151.20 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 150.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs 154.20 and Rs 150.30 respectively. So far 3330 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 224.65 on 13-Sep-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 95.65 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 154.20 and Rs 140.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 5597.01 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.97%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.49% and 35.54% respectively.
Inox Green Energy Services has entered into agreements to provide operations and maintenance (O&M) services for 189.1 MWp of operational solar projects with multiple customers. The said agreements include 96.6 MWp with a global PE backed Independent Power Producer (IPP) for their projects located in Maharashtra and 92.5 MWp with an IPP for their projects located in Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.
With these additions, Inox Green’s solar O&M portfolio reaches around 1.8 GW, as the company continues to rapidly grow in this segment, taking the total renewable O&M portfolio to around 5.3 GW.
Inox Green Energy Services is engaged in the business of providing long-term O&M services for wind farm projects, specifically the provision of O&M services for wind turbine generators and the common infrastructure facilities on the wind farm which support the evacuation of power from such WTGs.
