Indiabulls inches up on inking pact to develop residential project in Gurugram
Indiabulls is currently trading at Rs. 27.10, up by 0.21 points or 0.78% from its previous closing of Rs. 26.89 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 27.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 28.23 and Rs. 26.40 respectively. So far 1953625 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 32.50 on 14-Jul-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 8.93 on 25-Feb-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 28.23 and Rs. 25.52 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6250.31 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 32.91%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.19% and 49.90% respectively.
Indiabulls has entered into an understanding and agreement with a private landlord for undertaking development management of a residential project proposed to be developed on around 10.84 acres on Dwarka expressway, Gurugram. Phase 1 and 3 of the project have already received RERA registration and the project is expected to be launched by mid-October 2026.
The project has an estimated saleable area of 21 lakh sq. ft. with Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs 3,700 crore. With this, total GDV of all projects of the Company stands increased to Rs 27,308 crore.
