India Targets Deeper Tech, Manufacturing Ties with Japan During Piyush Goyal Visit
Jyoti Vij, Director General of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), says, "A large delegation has come specifically to strengthen our business ties, particularly in high-tech sectors such as semiconductors and electronics. I believe both countries have strengths in these areas, and there is significant scope for greater cooperation. While these high-tech sectors will certainly be a focus, collaboration can also expand into traditional sectors. There are more than 200 delegates, so there will undoubtedly be a large number of B2B meetings. There will be structured B2B meetings as well as plenty of networking opportunities. Once the mission concludes, we will certainly see some MoU signings. Some are already in the pipeline, while others may emerge later..."
