IIFL Finance shines on reporting 11-fold jump in Q3 consolidated net profit

IIFL Finance is currently trading at Rs. 552.65, up by 11.85 points or 2.19% from its previous closing of Rs. 540.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 549.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 563.50 and Rs. 536.55 respectively. So far 227403 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 674.95 on 06-Jan-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 280.95 on 04-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 654.00 and Rs. 515.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 23472.58 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 24.85%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 36.93% and 38.21% respectively.

IIFL Finance has reported near 19-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 301.11 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 15.97 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased over 2-fold at Rs 1,956.53 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 943.89 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported over 11-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 464.30 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 40.70 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 40.17% at Rs 3,432.79 crore for Q3FY26 as compared to Rs 2,448.97 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
