ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company announces Appointment of Non-Executive Director
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company has announced addendum to the Statements of Additional Information (‘SAIs’) of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund and iSIF.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that Rajeev Mittal is appointed as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of the AMC with effect from March 31, 2026.
The details of the directors of the AMC stands modified in the SAIs of the Fund and iSIF in the following manner: Rajeev Mittal (DIN: 03469388) (55 years), holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Bradford, UK. Mr Mittal is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a member of the Board of Directors at Eastspring Investments Group. He is a member of the Prudential Group Executive Committee (GEC). As CEO, he chairs the Executive Management Committee and has overall responsibility for the management and strategic development of the firm. Mr. Mittal brings over 30 years of asset management experience and a strong track record in leading investment teams globally. He joined Eastspring in July 2025 from Fidelity International, where he served as Managing Director and Head of Asia spearheading growth in Asia Pacific & Middle East (excluding Japan) markets. Prior to Fidelity, Rajeev spent 26 years at AIG and PineBridge Investments, initially as an investor before serving as CEO of PineBridge Europe from 2009 to 2011, and later CEO of PineBridge Asia Pacific from 2011 to 2018. Mr. Mittal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Bradford, UK.
The AMC has further informed that Guillermo Eduardo Maldonado-Codina ceases to be a Director on the Board of the AMC with effect from the close of business hours of March 30, 2026.
All the other provisions of the SAI of the Fund and iSIF except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SAIs as amended from time to time.
