ICICI Pru AMC announces change in risk-o-meter of schemes

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of below mentioned Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
 

In terms of paragraph 17.4.1.h. of SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-PoD-1/P/ CIR/2024/90 dated June 27, 2024 (the Master Circular), ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that the Risk-o-meter of ICICI Prudential Gilt Fund has been revised from ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Moderate’, the Risk-o-meter of ICICI Prudential Money Market Fund & Risk-o-meter of benchmark of ICICI Prudential Corporate Bond Fund (Benchmark name: NIFTY Corporate Bond Index A-II) has been revised from ‘Moderate’ to ‘Low to Moderate’, the Risk-o-meter of ICICI Prudential All Seasons Bond Fund & ICICI Prudential Income Opportunities Fund (FOF) has been revised from ‘Moderate’ to ‘Moderately to High’ and the Risk-o-meter of ICICI Prudential Rural Opportunities Fund ‘Moderate’ to ‘Very High’.

The Risk-o-meters are based on evaluation of risk level of the portfolios of the Schemes of the Fund as on February 28, 2025. All the other provisions of the SID and KIM of the Scheme, except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes, as amended from time to time.
